A pre-order is an advance purchase for a product that has not yet been released or received into our inventory.
By placing a pre-order, you reserve the product and agree to wait until the item becomes available for shipment.
2. Pre-Order Availability

Although we make every effort to secure all pre-ordered items, release dates, quantities, and availability may change due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

3. Payment for Pre-Orders
Payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated.
By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize PokemonCollect to process your payment and reserve the requested product.
4. Release Dates and Shipping
Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers or suppliers and are subject to change.
PokemonCollect will ship pre-order items as soon as they become available.

5. Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship all items together once the pre-order item becomes available.
If separate shipments are available, additional shipping charges may apply unless otherwise stated.
6. Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be cancelled before the product enters the fulfillment process.
Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

7. Pre-Order Refunds
If PokemonCollect is unable to fulfill your pre-order due to circumstances such as supplier cancellation or product discontinuation, you will receive a full refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
8. Price Changes
The price shown at the time of placing your pre-order is the price you agree to pay.
If the market price changes after your order is confirmed, your order price will remain unchanged unless required otherwise by applicable law.
9. Limited Quantity Products
Some pre-order products may have limited availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel duplicate orders, or refuse orders where quantities exceed reasonable purchasing limits.
10. Product Information
Pre-order product images, descriptions, release dates, and specifications are based on available manufacturer information and may change before release.
Final products may differ slightly from promotional images due to official production updates.
